ManCat Monday

I just wanted to thank every kitty (and woofie, beans, heck efurryone!) that came to my party! It was a great day, and a wonderful weekend - lots of cuddles and treats, just the way to really celebrate a birthday.



Mommy promises to help me stop by and visit everyone that came to the party, but it might take a bit!

Thankful Thursday

As usual, we've got lots to be thankful for today.

First of all we're thankful to all of our wonderful friends - we know we've been horrible friends lately. Mommy's been so busy she hasn't had time to help us visit. You all are so nice to visit even though we can't!

Bird Watching

Alright, it's not that Bert and I don't like each other, there are some things that we love together - like watch the birds!


Mommy thought it was great that we spent an hour sitting, watching and making our little clicky hunting noise. And she also loved that she got to take lots of pictures of us together!

And thank you all for coming to my party yesterday - you guys all made it a great day!

Fantastic Friends

We FINALLY got Mommy to help us take a picture of all of wonderful Holiday cards from all our Pawesome Kitty Friends!


Thank you all, they were wonderful and getting them made every day special. It was a hard holiday for us, since our Granddaddy passed - so each and every card was a lovely reminder that the holidays are a time to treasure our friends.

The only bad part is that we did not get the most cards this year. We did get more cards than Mommy and Daddy, but Georgie got more from her Dogs With Blogs friends! The final score was 'Beins 20, Kitties 30, Georgie 45 - but we are laying claim to 2 of George's cards since they were our friends too and one of Mommy's cards 'cause it was from Uncle Mo. So we're saying we have 33 cards as our final total!

Also, please take a moment and send some kind thoughts to our friend Meep's family. Meep is leaving for the Bridge today, so they are furry sad, as are we.

Blogaversary!

Wow wee - it's been a whole year since we started blogging! We had originally been planning a big party, but since Mommy and Daddy only just got back from Catifornia we haven't really had time to plan anything. And, well, we're just happy to have them home that we'd just rather hang out with them.

The way we would like to celebrate is by saying thank you, thank you one and all for the wonderful support. Again we are overwhelmed by the kindness, love and compassion that we've been shown by all you kitties in the Cat Blogosphere! We'll do our best to get by and visit all the wonderful kitties that stop and left lovely thoughts about our Granddaddy - but it's going to take a bit, since there were so very many of you.

As we said, Mommy and Daddy just got back today, but we're all hoping that things will start to get back to normal soon and we'll be back to blogness as usual.

Thankful Thursday

Today I'm thankful for all of you! I'm thankful for all your well wishes and good advice! But I thought I should give you the whole story.

The last couple of days I've had a little sneeze - I tried to tell Mommy that I was just allergic to the dog, but she didn't buy it! So off we went to the V-E-T. Dr. R is very nice and told me how pretty I am (which is true) so I tried to be nice back, I was hoping if I was nice to him that he would let me go home - still no luck. Then they poked me in my spot 13 (which was ever so rude) and stole my blood. Then the very nice Dr. came back and said I was sick.

He sent me home with that horrid medicine and I have to take it for a week! And so far I've been good, but then I heard Mommy tell Daddy something about a parasite medicine that I'll have to start taking in a few days too - so I'll have to work out some type of escape plan (purrhaps I could hide at Dante's).

But enough of that! We also wanted to say thank you to our friends - because they gave another award!

I'm fairly certain that lots of kitties have this, so we want to give this to some new kitties that we've met recently: all the kitties over at the Catmosphere, Harry the kitten, Abby's new sister Stygia, Victor's new sister Nina, Milo the kitten and Bert's floofy twin Mr. Milky at Artsy Catsy.

Tickled Tuxie Tuesday

Oh I got a surprise in the mail! I was soo excited to see a package in the mail for me on Friday. Of course, Mommy didn't help me open it all weekend, so we just got to it. But it was worth the wait!

It's a super-duper cool present from Sly - for guessing when his 100th post would be. There's a cat dancer, and some pit'r pat treats (my favorite!) and some mousies along with a cool pink heart thing (I think it might have nip - it sure smells good, what ever it is!).

Finally Friday #4

It's finally Friday, which means that Mommy finally had time to help us open our presents that came this week!

On Wednesday we got a package from Chance for the April Swap 'n Tails. He was so nice, he was only supposed to send one present for us, but he sent four - one for each of us, including George (and a really cool card that had a nip fish on it!)!!! And on Thursday we got a super prize package from KC and ML for winning second place in the Squillion Day contest! Look at all this cool stuff...

Here's the present for Mommy - it's a cool Asian lucky Cat. She really loved it, she's always wanted one! We think she should live with Sammy on the window sill (and we think she's a she because she's pink), but we're going to need a name for her.

Thankful Thursday

We're feeling pretty darn thankful lately, thankful for lots of things:

We're thankful that our friends Momo and Miral are feeling better. There have been so many sick kitties lately, it's nice to know that the power of Purrs works!


We're thankful for the Nip Ravioli that we got in the mail - they were one of the prizes we won for coming in second place in the Squillion contest. We've never got one before, but WOW!!! Mommy had to put the others away, so that we didn't go insane. (In fact we actually crawled up Mommy just to get at them!) Thank you Hot(M)BC!!!!


We're thankful to Monty Q for coming up with the greatest April Fool's day joke, EVER! It seems that all the kitties has as much fun as we did - thanks Monty!


We're thankful to Jake's Sweet Queen Snickers, for sending a little surprise in the mail - she knew the perfect toys for each of us. And we're purring that her Momma's surgery goes really well on Friday.


We're thankful that Reena, Indy and LK now have new forever homes - and we hope that more kitties find their's soon.

And most importantly, we're glad that we don't have to see this stuff for another 9 months! That's right, our snow is GONE! We're sorry that Millie still has hers, but hopefully hers will be gone soon!
