Every once and a while we don't get the love we need and deserve. I know it seems crazy, but sometimes Mommy and Daddy get too "busy" and we need to demand some love! So today we thought we would share some of the things we do to get love and attention.
1. Yell at Mommy or Daddy like a baby Pterodactyl - Jake (also works at breakfast or dinner)
2. Lay down and then put my floofy tail and pants in the air - Pearl
3. Drop a toy in a lap, then crawling up to "get it" - George
4. Dig under the covers - Jake
5. Sit on the ottoman and stare at Mommy - Bert
6. Headbutt legs, shoulders, what ever I can find - Jake
7. Put the lickey/bittey on Mommy or Daddy's fingers - Pearl
8. "Knead Dough" on Daddy - Jake
9. Whine and look sad until I'm invited up on a lap - George
10. Slink up to the big bed, and snuggle with Mommy - Bert
11. Burrow behind Mommy and dig into her shirt - Pearl
12. Sit and chirp at Mommy - Bert
13. Sit and make blinky eyes at who ever is looking (guaranteed to get you picked up and snuggled!) - Pearl, Bert or Jake

What wouldn't we do fur love...oh wait, that's fur treats. Getting love is purrty easy around here, we just ask.
I find figure 8's around the ankles until the Ape trips and notices me usually always works. Especially during coffee making time in the morning...
Those all sound like great ways to get some love! We both jump up onto our humans' laps, and try to burrow into their shirts. Merlin headbutts our dad for attention, whereas I meow and meow at either mom or dad for attention.

Those are all great ideas! We use some of those, but we are going to try some of the others. I'll let you know if they work! Huggy Bear likes to flop down in the kitchen floor and half moon to get tummy rubs! Try that one!

Captain Jack excels at yelling like a baby pterodactyl to get his treats and pets. Me? I just rub all over the beans and make biscuits on them too. Pearl, I would bet you look very lovely making blinky eyes - you can make blinky eyes in my direction anytime!
I rub on Momma or Titus. Momma falls for it every time and then she picks me up and cuddle me. Titus just has to look cute to get attention. And EG climbs into Momma's lap.
Can I come over today, Bert? I'll bring some cheerios and q-tips.

I usually sit on whatever it is that has her attention. Of late, I've been sitting on the computer mouse a lot. If she continues to ignore me, I'll grab the skin on the top of her hand and pick up her hand (or try to, it seems to be furry heavy) like it's a kitten.

When I see my Mommie, I THROW myself onto my side. That usually works.

My best one is a soft pat, pat, pat on a arm or leg! Second is roll over on my back, squiqqle back and forth and floof my tail while looking at who I want attention from.

wow, great ways to get attention guyz! we here from Meaouwy Troops do almost the same thing, well, unless furr:
Fatum: me still a todller coa I still 'milky' to mommie Pinyie, so if mommy Pinyi is in bad mood, I'll go straight to mommy human, trying to exercise my paws by giving a message on her thighs while she's so busy with the computer stuff....plus additional service from me -absolute free furr mommy- an accupuncture with the tips of my claws:) and, she still ignores me, I'll be happy to press the computer keyboard buttons too furr her!
Brutum: I'll give my best cute expression and purrs plus mellow meaouw;)
Though things get rough lately, Meaouwy Troops still like to share their furryfriend story about the unusual mark on her body and helping mommy disclose one of the reasons why we become the best communicator with humans:) so check them out in our blogs to find it more.
