Mommy has been really tired lately, and feeling like she needs some time to relax. So Daddy suggested that she spend the weekend chilling out and taking care of herself.
So she did, she lit lots of candles, and had a relaxing shower, she did her nails and her toes, she sat and read a book next to the fire - she even had some time to cuddle up with us. We were having a really great weekend until Mommy decided that we should have a mini-spa day too!
We all got Mani-Pedi, we all got furminated, we all got our ears washed out and I got my teeth brushed! Man are we hissed off now - I'm not sure if there are enough temptations to get us over this on!

I am really glad that your Mom got some real relaxing time in. It isn't so great that she decided to extend the mini-spa treatment to all of you, though. I guess it's good that you got it all over with at once, though, and shouldn't have to go through it again any time soon.

Mommy says she loves spa days but we hates them! We work so hard to get the claws just as sharp as we can and then she comes along and CUTS them off. We'd be hissed off too!!

It's funny...the beans like getting pedis and washings and stuff like that and we HATE it!

What is it about mommies that makes them think we like spa days just because they do?? We're glad your mom had her spa day, but we're sorry you had to have one too.

Uuh, I hate to be brushed! All the other things you talked about, I don't know but they sound very hateable. It's a good thing though you let it be done to you to make your mom happy (em, is that English?). I bet she restored her batteries!
