The reason you're not gonna see any of us today is because we absolutely hate Halloween! Too many kids and noises and knocks on the door - we'll be under then bed till Saturday (and it will still probably take a pound of temptations to get us out)!

You know... over here in England Halloween hasn't really caught on. Last year we only had two tricksters at our door. Hardly worth jumping off the radiator for!
Loud noises skeer us too..particularly Fairy..she hides under the bed or behind the curtains!

I live in England too - and I agree with Pearl. But that means I can enjoy Halloween with Mom without too many tricksters! AND - since she bought "treats" just in case - I will get to eat them!

We aren't scairt, we have to be put up in the bedroom because we keep running to the door to say hi and Mom doesn't let us out after dark because she can't see us! Take a nap, it will be OK!
I wanted to wish you a Happy Halloween but it doesn't sound like it is a favorite day for all of you so I will wish you a Happy Day After Halloween. Don't be scared, just try and ignore all of the noisey children.
