Good jumping! I have a fence beside my house too, but it belongs to the neighbor, so even if I got to go out without the harness, I couldn't use it. And Mom doesn't like when I use the balcony fence to climb on. I think that's because it is 3 floors up! But I'm not scarity, it just makes mom really nervous.
