Finally Friday #3

Mommy says that we've been looking for the weekend all week long, but I think I may have found it...



Oh, you're looking forward to the weekend, oh that's different. Well, then I'll stop looking for it, maybe I'll just look for the woodchuck instead!

Thankful Thursday

We're feeling pretty darn thankful lately, thankful for lots of things:

We're thankful that our friends Momo and Miral are feeling better. There have been so many sick kitties lately, it's nice to know that the power of Purrs works!


We're thankful for the Nip Ravioli that we got in the mail - they were one of the prizes we won for coming in second place in the Squillion contest. We've never got one before, but WOW!!! Mommy had to put the others away, so that we didn't go insane. (In fact we actually crawled up Mommy just to get at them!) Thank you Hot(M)BC!!!!


We're thankful to Monty Q for coming up with the greatest April Fool's day joke, EVER! It seems that all the kitties has as much fun as we did - thanks Monty!


We're thankful to Jake's Sweet Queen Snickers, for sending a little surprise in the mail - she knew the perfect toys for each of us. And we're purring that her Momma's surgery goes really well on Friday.


We're thankful that Reena, Indy and LK now have new forever homes - and we hope that more kitties find their's soon.

And most importantly, we're glad that we don't have to see this stuff for another 9 months! That's right, our snow is GONE! We're sorry that Millie still has hers, but hopefully hers will be gone soon!

Well, yes I do see this all these bits of paper - yes obviously someone has been shredding it.


But I still don't know anything about it.

Where's Flynn?!

It's a lovely and sunny day so we decided to make the most of it and go furr a walk. I checked out the car while Flynn had a sniff around the hedge.

Come on mum, leave Flynn sniffing. He'll soon catch us up.

Mmmm, nice fresh yummy grass.

What's this I can smell? It's not enuff to make me puff right up, but just enuff to loosen my furrs a bit.

Flyyyynnnn come and smell this. Huh, where is he? Come on mum, we'd better go find him.

Can't see him, but it looks like he has been around here wiv his muddy paws, so he can't be far away.

What wuz that noise?

Hey Flynn, what you doing in that box? We've been looking furr you.

Sorry Eric, I just came back to use the litterbox and found this great cardboard box on the floor. You should know that I haf to check out anyfing new. It's ok, I've finished now.

Right you can continue sniffing Eric, you've got me furr back up now.

We were reading the Manx Mnews and saw that they got a super "kitty Spa". Of course I told Mommy right away, but then nothing happened for a long time, so figured they just didn't care about what I poop in. Then the other day she came home with the biggest litter box we're ever seen!!!


Obviously the kittens aren't too impressed, but I think it's spiffy! I'm so excited - Daddy, get the litter!!!!

P.S. Mommy says she got it at Petsmart and it was very reasonable, but it does take a lot of litter!

Thursday Thirteen #15 - The Things We Do For Love

Every once and a while we don't get the love we need and deserve. I know it seems crazy, but sometimes Mommy and Daddy get too "busy" and we need to demand some love! So today we thought we would share some of the things we do to get love and attention.

1. Yell at Mommy or Daddy like a baby Pterodactyl - Jake (also works at breakfast or dinner)

2. Lay down and then put my floofy tail and pants in the air - Pearl

3. Drop a toy in a lap, then crawling up to "get it" - George

4. Dig under the covers - Jake

5. Sit on the ottoman and stare at Mommy - Bert

6. Headbutt legs, shoulders, what ever I can find - Jake

7. Put the lickey/bittey on Mommy or Daddy's fingers - Pearl

8. "Knead Dough" on Daddy - Jake

9. Whine and look sad until I'm invited up on a lap - George

10. Slink up to the big bed, and snuggle with Mommy - Bert

11. Burrow behind Mommy and dig into her shirt - Pearl

12. Sit and chirp at Mommy - Bert

13. Sit and make blinky eyes at who ever is looking (guaranteed to get you picked up and snuggled!) - Pearl, Bert or Jake
